摘　　要：和平解放以来,西藏宗教工作法治建设实践经历了萌芽期、孕育期、构建期和完善期四个阶段,逐步走向了成熟,体现了具有马克思主义理论思想特征的中国特色社会主义法治理论在西藏地方宗教工作领域不同时期的探索表达,其中所展现的秉承党规国法的一致性、维护法治价值追求的一贯性、坚持法治建设实践的与时俱进、保持统筹兼顾的法治视野是西藏宗教工作法治建设实践主要经验启示。Since the peaceful liberation,Tibet's religious work practice of building the rule of law has experienced four stages of embryo,gestation,construction and perfection,and gradually gone to mature,reflecting the exploration and expression of the socialist rule of law theory with Chinese characteristics with the characteristics of Marxist theory and thought in different periods in the field of local religious work in Tibet.The consistency of adhering to Party rules and state laws,the consistency of upholding the value of rule of law,keeping pace with the time in the practice of rule of law construction,and maintaining a holistic vision of rule of law are the main experiences and inspirations of the practice of rule of law construction in religious work in Tibet.
