摘 要:砂浆在装配式建筑墙板间起到填充和黏结的作用,砂浆干缩变形过大会引起墙板开裂。以砂浆干缩性能为研究对象,改变水灰比、胶砂比和粉煤灰掺量,采用比长仪、千分表和高精度电子天平测试砂浆试件长度和质量随龄期变化,分析粉煤灰对砂浆干缩变形的影响。结果表明:随粉煤灰掺量的增加,砂浆的干缩变形增大,28d时,砂浆干缩变形达到最大值,之后趋于稳定。干缩变形因砂浆表面及内部水分损失导致,由于粉煤灰密实填充作用减小掺入煤粉灰能降低干缩减小变形。Mortar plays a role in filling and bonding between prefabricated building wall panels.There are wall panel cracks caused by dry shrinkage deformation.Taking the dry shrinkage performance of mortar as the research object,the water-cement ratio,gelling-cement ratio and the amount of fly ash are changed,and the length and quality of mortar specimens are tested by using a specific length meter,a diameter and an intricate precision electronic balance to test the change of mortar specimen length and quality with age,and the influence of fly ash on the dry shrinkage deformation of mortar is analyzed.The results show that with the increase of fly ash,the dry shrinkage deformation of mortar increases,and when at 28d,the dry shrinkage deformation of mortar reaches to the maximum,and then tends to be stable.Dry shrinkage deformation is caused by water loss on the surface and inside of mortar,and adding the amount of fly ash can reduce the dry shrinkage deformation by filling effect.
