性能提升下的高层建筑顶部复合化设计研究

摘  要:今天的城市越盖越高,在城市中层出不穷的高层建筑、超高层建筑为城市的发展提供了更加多元与纵广的空间维度。如同水平生长的城市,垂直城市空间的发展同样有赖于高性能空间体系的建构。因此,本文从性能提升的角度入手,探讨了将其作为一种指导性因素应用于高层建筑顶部空间复合化设计的可能性,提出了高层建筑顶部空间物理性能与精神性能的概念,并通过案例解析,总结出“功能复合化、环境耦合化、形象叠合化”三种操作模式,以期为高层建筑顶部高性能空间体系的建构提供一些可行性的设计思路。Nowadays,the city constantly lifts its height with the emergence of high-rise buildings and super high-rise buildings,which also provide multiplex and broad dimensions for city development.Similar to horizontal-developing cities,the development of vertical city space also depends on the construction of high-performance space systems.Therefore,starting from the perspective of performance improvement,this paper discusses the possibility of applying it as a guiding factor to the compound design of the top space of high-rise buildings,puts forward the concepts of physical performance and spiritual performance of the top space of high-rise buildings,and summarizes three operation modes of“function compound,environment coupling and image superposition”through case analysis,in order to provide some feasible design ideas for the construction of high-performance space system on the top of high-rise buildings.
