摘　　要：目的分析非侵袭型真菌性鼻窦炎的临床特征,为早期诊断及精准治疗提供参考。方法收集2019年2月~2021年12月我院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科就诊的60例真菌性鼻窦炎患者作为观察组,并随机选取同期收治的60例慢性鼻窦炎患者作为对照组,对所有患者实行鼻窦薄层CT检查,所有患者均行功能性鼻窦内窥镜手术,分析比较临床资料、体格检查、影像学资料。结果非侵袭型真菌性鼻窦炎的临床症状与慢性鼻窦炎相似,以鼻塞、脓涕、头痛多见,但涕中带血症状明显(P<0.05)。鼻窦CT以单侧单窦病变多见,钙化灶、单窦病变、骨质增生是差异性病变。结论非侵袭型真菌性鼻窦炎与慢性鼻窦炎相比有不同的临床表现和影像学特点,结合这些临床特征有助于早期诊断和治疗。Objective To analyze the clinical features of non-invasive fungal sinusitis for early diagnosis and precise treatment.Methods A total of 60 patients with fungal sinusitis and 60 patients with chronic sinusitis were recruited in the Anqing First People's Hospital Affiliated to Anhui Medical University from February 2019 to December 2021.All patients underwent functional endoscopic sinus surgery and thin slice CT examination of the sinuses.The clinical data,physical examination,and imaging data were analyzed.Thin layer CT examination of the sinuses was performed,and all patients underwent functional endoscopic sinus surgery.The clinical data,physical examination,and imaging data were analyzed and compared.Results The noninvasive fungal rhino-sinusitis showed similar clinical symptoms with chronic sinusitis,such as nasal congestion,purulent nasal discharge,headache.But the symptoms of blood in the nasal discharge were obvious(P<0.05).In sinus CT,unilateral single sinus lesions are more common,and calcification,single sinus lesions,and bone hyperplasia are differential lesions.Conclusion Compared with chronic rhinosinusitis,noninvasive fungal rhino-sinusitis has different clinical manifestations and imaging features.Analysis of these clinical features is helpful for early diagnosis and treatment.
