疏风润肺针法治疗喉源性咳嗽30例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察运用疏风润肺针法治疗喉源性咳嗽的临床效果。方法将60例安庆市立医院中医科门诊就诊的喉源性咳嗽患者,采用随机、单盲、对照研究,按随机数字表法,平均分入两组,各30例。治疗组予以疏风润肺针法治疗,每周治疗5次,连续治疗4周。对照组口服苏黄止咳胶囊、孟鲁司特钠片,连续用药4周。治疗结束后比较两组疗效。结果治疗组有效率为90%;对照组有效率为73.33%,治疗组有效率明显高于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗结束一个月后随访:治疗组复发率为36.67%,对照组复发率为63.33%,治疗组复发率明显低于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用疏风润肺针法治疗喉源性咳嗽有较好的疗效,值得临床推广运用。Objective To Observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture with the method of dispelling wind and moisturizing lung in the treatment of laryngeal cough.Methods A randomized,single-blind,controlled study of 60 patients with laryngeal cough in the outpatient department of the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Anqing Municipal Hospital were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group using a random number table method.The treatment group was given acupuncture treatment with the method of dispelling wind and moisturizing lung 5 times a week for 4 weeks.The control group took Su huang Zhi ke Capsule and Montelukast sodium tablets orally,and evaluated the curative effect after 4 weeks of continuous medication.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 90%;the effective rate of the control group was 73.33%.The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Follow-up one month after treatment:the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 36.67%,and the recurrence rate of the control group was 63.33%.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture with the method of dispelling wind and moistening lung has a good effect on the treatment of laryngogenic cough,and it is worthy of clinical application.
