摘　　要：上颌后牙区由于解剖结构因素,拔牙后残根移位通常进入上颌窦,从而导致各种继发症状,而进入筛窦者少见。本文报道拔牙后残根移位经上颌窦进入筛窦,之后行鼻内镜手术成功取出残根病例一例;同时,对相关文献作一复习。Due to anatomical structural factors in the maxillary posterior region,the residual root usually moves into the maxillary sinus after tooth extraction,which leads to a variety of secondary symptoms,but it is rare to enter the ethmoid sinus.In this paper,a case of residual root displacement into ethmoid sinus through maxillary sinus after tooth extraction was reported,and the residual root was successfully removed by nasal endoscopic surgery.In addition,the related literature was reviewed.
