摘 要:对添加渗透结晶型防水剂、粉煤灰、超细矿渣粉的自防水混凝土进行耐久性试验。结果表明:添加渗透结晶型防水剂对混凝土的抗渗性和抗冻性有较大影响,当防水剂添加量为8%时,混凝土的抗渗和抗冻性能最佳;粉煤灰和超细矿渣粉对已添加防水剂混凝土的抗渗和抗冻性有一定改善,粉煤灰可提升抗氯离子渗透性和抗水渗透性,但会降低混凝土的抗压强度,而超细矿渣粉在抗氯离子渗透性改善方面明显更好,且加入超细矿渣粉还可以提升混凝土的抗压强度。试验得出苏家岩隧道二衬自防水混凝土添加8%渗透结晶型防水剂+20%超细矿渣粉时综合性能最佳。Durability test for self-waterproofing concrete with capillary crystalline waterproofing agent,fly ash and ultra-fine slag powder is carried out.The results show:the addition of capillary crystalline waterproofing agent has a great influence on the impermeability and frost resistance of concrete,and when the amount of waterproofing agent is 8%,the impermeability and frost resistance of concrete are the best;fly ash and ultra-fine slag powder can improve the impermeability and frost resistance of concrete with waterproofing agent at a certain degree,fly ash can improve the resistance to chloride ion penetration and water penetration,but it will reduce the compressive strength of concrete,while ultra-fine slag powder is significantly better in improving the resistance to chloride ion penetration,and the addition of ultra-fine slag powder can also improve the compressive strength of concrete.It is found through the tests that the comprehensive performance of the self-waterproofing concrete of the second lining of Sujiayan tunnel is the best when adding 8%capillary crystalline waterproofing agent+20%ultra-fine slag powder.
