摘　　要：聚脲材料因其优良的防水性、耐磨性、耐久性和装饰效果,已在高铁桥梁、水工建筑中得到较广泛的应用。超高层建筑屋面存在结构复杂、节点多、工期紧等问题,引入聚脲材料作为屋面防水层兼做装饰面层,与传统屋面做法相比有细部节点处理难度降低、屋面构造总厚度和施工工序减少、工期缩短等正向作用,在提升屋面构造耐久性和装饰性的同时综合成本也得以降低。Polyurea material has been widely used in high-speed railway bridges and hydraulic constructions because of its excellent waterproofing,wear resistance,durability and decorative effect.There are many problems with the super high-rise roof,such as complex structure,lots of details,tight construction period etc.Compared with the traditional roof method,the introduction of polyurea material as the roof waterproofing layer and decorative surface layer has substantial positive effect,for example,reducing the difficulty of detail handling,reducing the total thickness of roof structure and construction procedures,and shortening the construction period.It can improve the durability and decoration of roof structure,while the comprehensive cost is reduced as well.
