“洪盾”种植顶板防排水一体化系统在山西泰瑞城项目中的应用

摘　　要：为保证地下工程防水质量、种植顶板排水通畅,山西太原泰瑞城综合体项目地下车库种植顶板采用了“洪盾”种植顶板防排水一体化系统。该系统采用非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料与改性沥青耐根穿刺防水卷材复合防水,并安装了排水与蓄水装置,集防水、排水、蓄水三种功能于一体,有效解决了项目的防排水难点问题。In order to ensure the waterproofing quality of the underground work and smooth drainage of the planted roof,“Hongdun”system-an integrated system of waterproofing and drainage-is adopted for the planted roof of the underground garage of Taiyuan Tairuicheng Complex project in Shanxi.The system adopts composite waterproofing of non-solidified rubber asphalt waterproofing coating and modified bitumen root resistant waterproofing membrane,and is equipped with drainage and water storage device,which integrates functions of waterproofing,drainage and water storage,and effectively solves the difficult problems of waterproofing and drainage of the project.
