摘　　要：提出了一种制定城市轨道交通列车故障救援方案流程。首先确定故障列车退出地点,然后确定担当救援任务列车,最后,绘制救援方案,并确定列车运行调整措施。通过地铁的一个快速完成救援工作的案例,说明制定救援方案流程在实际工作的应用。This paper proposes a process for formulating a fault rescue plan for urban rail transit trains.First,determine the exit point of the faulty train,then determine the train responsible for the rescue mission,and finally,draw a rescue plan and determine the adjustment measures for the train operation.Through a case of rapid completion of rescue work in the subway,it illustrates the application of the process of formulating rescue plans in practical work.
