摘　　要：芒果产业是云南省诸多“热区”的支柱性农业产业,是实现云南省“乡村振兴”战略的重点产业。本研究以华坪县为例,首先对其产业发展现状进行总结,然后分析芒果产业发展的优势、劣势、机遇及挑战,并运用波特钻石模型,从生产因素、需求状况、相关及支持产业、企业战略与竞争对手、机遇以及政府等6个因素深入剖析该县芒果产业的竞争力,针对上述方面存在的竞争力不足等问题,从政府、企业、林农等层面提出提升华坪芒果产业的竞争力的对策及建议,以期为进一步促进华坪县乃至其他地区芒果产业转型升级、实现芒果产业的健康发展打下坚实的理论基础。Mango industry is the pillar agriculture industry in Yunnan,and it is the key industry to realize the strategy of rural revitalization.This study takes Huaping County as an example.,it summarizes the development status of its industry,and then analyses the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the mango industry development.,and deeply analyzes the competitiveness of Mango industry from six factors:production factors,demand conditions,related and supporting industries,enterprise strategy and competitors,opportunities and the government.Based on this,the study puts forward pieces of countermeasures and suggestions,for example,establishing brand awareness and intensifying technological development,strengthening industrial integration and development,and supporting new managers,which can promote the transformation and upgrading of the Mango industry and realize the healthy development of the Mango industry.
