摘　　要：在人们对高质量农产品需求增加及农业发展资源环境约束日益趋紧的形势下,农业高质量发展已经成为新时代的要求。农业高质量发展不仅要求所生产的农产品高质量,而且要求生产环境及生产经营过程高质量。林下经济充分利用林地中的水、土、生物资源,在良好的森林生态环境下发展,不仅所生产的产品具有生态优质的特征,可以满足人民群众对高质量农产品的需求,而且能够纾解农业高质量发展的资源环境约束,取得良好的生产经营效益,实现农业发展与资源环境保护相协调、互促进。因此,应认真研究林下经济助力农业高质量发展的作用机理,采取一系列有效对策,大力发展林下经济,实现农业高质量发展。With the increasing demand for high-quality agricultural products and the increasing restriction of resources and environment in agricultural development,it has become the requirement of the new era for agricultural transformation to achieve high-quality development.Agricultural high-quality development requires not only high-quality agricultural products,but also high-quality production environment and production and operation process.Because of the full use of water,soil and biological resources in forest land to develop under a good forest ecological environment,the products of under-forest economy have the ecological characteristics and can meet the needs of high-quality agricultural products.Moreover,the development of under-forest economy can relieve constraints of the resources and environment of agricultural high-quality development,achieve good production benefits,and realize the coordination between agricultural development and resources and environment protection.Therefore,it is necessary to study the mechanism of under-forest economy on agricultural high-quality development,and a series of effective measures should be taken to promote the development of under-forest economy in order to help agriculture achieve high-quality development.
