摘 要:以高加速度与高推力密度为设计目标,设计了一种平板双边型永磁直线电机。首先通过分析极槽配合对推力性能的影响,选择了合适的极槽配合;其次采取抑制推力波动的措施对结构进行了优化,并对动子结构进行轻量化设计以提高加速度;然后基于有限元研究了两种电密情况下的电感参数和推力性能,得到空载运行情况下的动子加速度;最后,研究了两台组合式结构或永磁分段斜极的方法进一步降低推力波动,实现了大推力、低波动和高加速度的设计目标。A double-side flat permanent magnet linear synchronous motor(PMLSM)were designed with taking high acceleration and high thrust density as design objective.Firstly,by analyzing the influence of slot/pole combination on thrust performance,a suitable pole-slot combination were selected.Secondly,the structure were optimized by suppressing the thrust ripple,and the mover structure of light weight were designed to improve the acceleration.Thirdly,the inductance parameter and thrust force performance under two kinds of current density were calculated based on the finite element method.After that the acceleration under no-load condition were obtained.Finally,the methods of two PMLSMs combined structure or skewed PM pole were studied to further reduce the thrust ripple.It was shown the design objective of large thrust,low thrust ripple and high acceleration were realized.
