摘　　要：某汽轮机启动后,在某些工况下出现了振动略超优秀值的情况。应用转子动力学的不平衡响应计算的方法,根据现场实际测试的振动数据进行数值仿真计算,通过仿真计算的结果优化现场高速动平衡方案,并在现场进行实施。方案实施后,现场振动得到了一定的优化,达到了振动优秀值。The vibration slightly exceeds the excellent value under certain conditions after turbine start-up.According to the actual measured vibration data,the numerical simulation calculation is carried out using the unbalance response calculation method of rotor dynamics.Based on the simulation results,the on-site high-speed dynamic balance scheme is optimized,reaching excellent value of vibration.
