某医院门诊药房药品有效期管理措施分析

摘　　要：目的研究医院门诊药房备用药品有效期的管理效果。方法选择该院门诊药房2020年10月—2021年9月日常药品的管理资料作为研究对象,将其中2020年10月—2021年3月药品有效期管理前的资料作为对照组,2021年4—9月药品有效期管理后的资料作为研究组,分析有效期管理的效果。结果研究组近6个月效期药品金额、报废药品金额、近6个月药品数量、报废药品数量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论门诊药房开展日常药品有效期管理的效果显著,有效减少医疗风险、降低报废药品金额与数量、降低医院经济损失。Objective To study the management effect of the validity period of spare drugs in the outpatient pharmacy of the hospital.Methods The daily drug management data of the outpatient pharmacy of the hospital from October 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the research object,and the data before the management of the drug validity period from October 2020 to March 2021 were used as the control group,and the data after the drug expiration date management from April to September 2021 was used as a study group,analyzed the effect of expiration date management.Results The amount of expired drugs in the past six months,the amount of discarded drugs,the number of drugs in the study group,and the number of discarded drugs were all lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of daily drug validity management in outpatient pharmacies is significant,which can effectively reduce medical risks,reduce the amount and quantity of discarded drugs,and reduce hospital economic losses.
