麻醉管理中应用快速康复外科策略的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察在麻醉管理中应用快速康复外科策略的效果。方法随机抽取2018年10月—2021年11月该院32名麻醉科医务人员为研究对象,根据计算机数表法分为研究组和参照组,每组16名。参照组实施传统管理,研究组开展快速康复外科策略。比较两组医务人员职业认同感及工作质量评分。结果管理前,两组职业认同感评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);管理后,研究组职业动力感、职业获益感、职业自我概念、职业认同感均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组工作态度、健康教育、病情观察、专科操作的工作质量评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在麻醉管理中应用快速康复外科策略能有效保证医务人员的工作质量评分,提高医务人员的职业认同感,适合进行推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of fast recovery surgery strategy in anesthesia management.Methods From October 2018 to November 2021,32 medical staff in the anesthesiology department of the hospital were randomly selected as the research objects,and were divided into a study group and a reference group according to the computer number table method,with 16 in each group.The reference group implemented traditional management,and the study group implemented the fast recovery surgery strategy.The occupational identity and job quality scores of medical staff were compared between the two groups.Results Before the management,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of occupational identity between the two groups(P>0.05);after the management,the professional motivation,occupational benefit,occupational self-concept,and occupational identity of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The work quality scores of work attitude,health education,disease observation,and specialist operation in the study group were all higher than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of fast recovery surgery strategy in anesthesia management can effectively ensure the work quality score of medical staff,improve the professional identity of medical staff,and is suitable for popularization and application.
