摘　　要：目的探讨风险管理在降低妇科护理管理风险事件和提高护理质量中的应用效果。方法选取该院妇科40名护理人员为研究对象,以2021年1—6月实施常规护理管理作为对照组;以2021年7—12月实施风险管理干预作为观察组,干预后比较两组妇科相关风险事件发生率和护理质量。结果观察组护理风险事件总发生率为5.0%,低于对照组的15.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.052,P<0.05);观察组护理人员的护理质量各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风险管理在妇科护理管理中具有提升护理服务质量,减少风险事件的作用。Objective To explore the application effect of risk management in reducing risk events and improving nursing quality in gynecological nursing management.Methods Forty nurses in the department of gynecology of the hospital were selected as the research object,and routine nursing management was implemented from January to June 2021 as the control group.The risk management intervention from July to December 2021 was used as the observation group,and the incidence of gynecology-related risk events and nursing quality were compared between the two groups after the intervention.Results The total incidence of nursing risk events in the observation group was 5.0%,which was lower than 15.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.052,P<0.05).The nursing quality scores of the nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Risk management can improve the quality of nursing service and reduce risk events in gynecological nursing management.
