规范化护理管理模式在疗养护理中的实践效果探讨

摘　　要：目的观察规范化护理管理模式在疗养护理中的实践效果。方法选取2019年7月—2021年12月20名护理人员作为研究对象,分为实施前(常规疗养护理服务管理模式)和实施后(规范化护理管理模式)。选取同时段该科各40例疗养人员参与研究。对实施前后的护理质量评分、护理满意度进行对比分析。结果对比实施前,实施后护理人员的护理质量评分均升高,患者的满意度明显提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论规范化护理服务管理模式在疗养护理中的实施,有助于提升疗养科护理人员的护理质量,提高患者满意度。Objective To observe the practical effect of standardized nursing management mode in convalescent nursing.Methods Selected 20 nursing staff from July 2019 to December 2021 as the research objects,and were divided into before implementation(routine nursing service management mode)and after implementation(standardized nursing management mode).40 cases convalesent patients each were selected to participate in the study during the same period.The nursing quality scores and nursing satisfaction before and after the implementation were compared and analyzed.Results Compared with before,after implementation,the nursing quality scores of nursing staff were significantly increased,patient satisfaction was significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of standardized nursing service management model in convalescent nursing can help improve the nursing quality of nursing staff in convalescent department and improve patient satisfaction.
