摘　　要：该研究主要分析智能导检平台对优化体检流程,减少体检人员排队等候时间,为体检者提供更人性化、便捷和舒适的体检环境,提高体检中心服务质量的影响。智能导检平台通过设置排队规则,系统可自动安排入队的导检模式,由各个诊室叫号屏或者微信导检提醒下一节点体检诊室,合理引导分流体检人员。因此,智能导检平台的运用缩短了体检者等候时间,增加了科室收入,提升体检医护人员工作效率及服务质量。智能导检平台能够优化体检流程,自使用以来取得了良好的效果,实现了全流程自动化排队叫号,值得推广应用。This study mainly analyzes the influence of the intelligent inspection guide platform on optimizing the medical examination process,reducing the waiting time of medical examiners,providing a more humane,convenient and comfortable medical examination environment for the medical examiners,and improving the service quality of the medical examination center.On the intelligent inspection guide platform,by setting queuing rules,the system can automatically arrange the inspection guide mode for entering the queue,and the call screen of each clinic or the WeChat guide will remind the next node of the medical examination room,and reasonably guide the shunt medical personnel.Therefore,the application of the intelligent inspection guide platform shortens the waiting time of medical examiners,increases the income of the department,and improves the work efficiency and service quality of medical staff in medical examinations.T,the intelligent inspection guide platform can optimize the physical examination process,and has achieved good results since its use,realizing the automatic queuing and calling of the whole process.
