多元化综合管控对医院辅助用药合理应用效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨规范辅助用药使用对降低药品花费、增强合理用药效果。方法根据医院2016—2020年辅助用药数据,制订辅助用药多元化综合管控方案,设定科室个性化药占比目标值、修订完善辅助用药目录,组织辅助用药点评管理小组,设定奖惩措施,评价辅助用药多元化综合管控方案的应用效果。结果通过辅助用药多元化综合管控措施,辅助用药销售金额占比由31.97%下降至8.70%;住院患者人均使用辅助用药品种数显著降低(0.54±0.20)vs(2.58±0.63),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);辅助用药使用合理率显著提高(98.66%vs 70.71%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论建立辅助用药多元化综合措施,加强辅助用药的合理管控,可以降低患者药品花费,减轻患者经济负担,促进合理用药。Objective To explore the effect of standardizing the use of adjuvant drugs on reducing drug cost and enhancing rational use of drugs.Methods According to the hospital's auxiliary drug data from 2016 to 2020,formulate a diversified comprehensive management and control plan for auxiliary drugs.Seted the target value of the proportion of personalized medicines in the department,revised and improved the catalogue of auxiliary medicines.Organized an adjuvanted drug review management team,seted reward and punishment measures.To evaluate the application effect of the diversified comprehensive management and control scheme of adjuvant drugs.Results Through the diversified comprehensive management and control measures of adjuvant drugs,the proportion of the sales amount of adjuvant drugs dropped from 31.97%to 8.70%;the per capita use of adjuvant drug varieties of inpatients decreased significantly(0.54±0.20)vs(2.58±0.63),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the reasonable rate of adjuvant use was significantly increased(98.66%vs 70.71%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Establishing diversified and comprehensive measures for adjuvant drugs and strengthening the rational management and control of adjuvant drugs can reduce the drug cost of patients,reduce the economic burden of patients,and promote rational drug use.
