含双吖丙啶反应性染料的合成及其对丙纶染色性能

摘　　要：以3-苯基-3-三氟甲基双吖丙啶基团为活性基团、4-丁基-4′-(N-乙基-N-羟乙基)偶氮苯为发色体、酯基为桥接基,合成了一支新型疏水反应性染料D1,并以核磁共振氢谱、碳谱和质谱进行了结构确认。研究了染料的吸收特性和热性质,并探讨了染色性能。结果表明:染料D1与丙纶形成共价键结合,染色丙纶的固色率为69%,耐皂洗、耐摩擦和耐升华等色牢度均达4~5级及以上,丙纶在染色前后的机械性能基本不变。A novel hydrophobic reactive dye D1 was designed and synthesized by using 3-phenyl-3-(trifluoromethyl)-diazirine as the reactive group,4-butyl-4’-(N-ethyl-N-hydroxyethyl)azobenzene as the chromophore,and ester group as the bridge.The chemical structure of the synthesized dye was confirmed by NMR and MS.The absorption and thermal properties as well as the reactive dyeing properties on polypropylene fabric were discussed.The results showed that covalent bond could be formed between D1 and polypropylene fiber.The fixation values of polypropylene fabric dyed by D1 was 69%.The color fastness to soaping,rubbing and sublimation were all above 4-5 grade.The mechanical properties of polypropylene fabric before and after dyeing were basically unchanged.
