摘 要:凹陷缺陷是海底管道常见的缺陷形式,同时海底坍塌、泥石流、沙坡沙脊活动以及海底高静水压,会使管道受到外压和外部力偶荷载的组合作用,威胁管道的安全运行,如何对复杂海底环境下凹陷管道进行准确的完整性评价是热点问题之一。采用数值模拟方法研究外压和力偶组合载荷作用下含凹陷海底管道局部屈曲失效机制和极限弯矩承载力,并对影响管道极限弯矩承载力的参数进行敏感性分析。结果表明凹陷深度、径厚比与外压均对海底管道的极限弯矩承载力有显著影响;在径厚比相同时,凹陷深度与外压越大,极限弯矩承载力越小;且管道的失效模式与加载外压有关,对凹陷管道进行完整性评价时需考虑外压影响。Dent is a common type of defects for subsea pipelines.Subsea pipelines are always under the combined loads of the external pressure and couple,which are usually caused by the benthos collapse,the debris flow,the activity of sand ridge and the high hydrostatic pressure.These factors would threaten the safety work of the pipelines.It is one of the hot topics to accurately evaluate the integrity of subsea pipelines with dent defects under the complex subsea conditions.The numerical simulation method was used to investigate the local buckling failure and ultimate moment capacity of subsea pipelines with dent defects under the combined action of the external pressure and couple,and the sensitivity analysis was also carried out.The results show that the dent depth,the diameter-thickness ratio and the external pressure have significant effects on the ultimate moment capacity of subsea pipelines.When the diameter-thickness ratio is fixed,the ultimate moment capacity decreases with the increase of the dent depth and the external pressure.Moreover,the failure mode of pipelines is related to the external pressure.Therefore,when evaluating the integrity of subsea pipelines with dent defects,it is necessary to focus on the effect of external pressure.
