摘 要:选取高家堡煤和加氢煤焦油为原料,采用自制的铁系催化剂,以液、固产物分布和液化油馏程为指标,在高压釜中考察不同反应条件对临氢缓和状态下煤-油共炼过程的影响,建立煤-油共炼反应机制模型,借助此模型确定不同反应条件下煤-油共炼的反应历程。结果表明煤-油共炼产物的分布和组成受反应条件影响复杂,所建模型简化了煤-油共炼反应机制,能较好地描述煤-油共炼反应过程并解释反应条件变化对煤-油共炼结果的影响,与实验规律具有较好的一致性。The effects of reaction conditions on products distribution and properties of coal oil co-refining for Gaojiapu coal and hydrogenated coal tar by the self-made iron-based catalyst were studied in autoclave under the condition of mild hydrogen pressure.The mechanism model of coal oil co-refining was established,through which the reaction course under different reaction conditions were determined.The results show that the products distribution and properties are complicated influenced by the reaction conditions.The built model simplifies the reaction mechanism and successfully explains the reaction conditions on results of coal oil co-refining.It presents good consistency with the experimental results.
