摘 要:研究了钢板弹簧喷丸强化、热处理工艺和工件微观组织以及物理参数变化之间的关系,找出了影响钢板弹簧喷丸效果的主要规律及原因,研究对象主要为60Si2Mn、50CrVA、FAS35503种材料的钢板弹簧及其试样,对其喷丸强化进行研究分析。结果表明,经过强化喷丸处理后3种材料钢板弹簧及其试样的表面和次表面均形成了不同深度的残余压应力层,在相同的疲劳载荷条件下,经过强化喷丸处理的钢板弹簧疲劳裂纹萌生的循环周次远远高于喷丸前的钢板弹簧,由此表明钢板弹簧经过强化喷丸处理后疲劳寿命会得到大幅度提升。This paper studied the relationship between shot peening strengthening,heat treatment process of leaf spring and the changes of workpiece microstructure and physical parameters,and identified the main laws and causes that affect the shot peening effect of leaf spring.The research objects were mainly leaf springs made of 60Si2Mn,50CrVA and FAS3550 and their samples,and their shot peening strengthening was studied and analysed.The results show that the residual compressive stress layers with different depths are formed on the surfaces and sub-surfaces of the 3 kinds of steel leaf springs and their samples after shot peening.Under the same fatigue load condition,the cycle time of fatigue crack initiation of steel leaf springs after shot peening is much higher than that of steel leaf springs before shot peening,which indicates that the fatigue life of steel leaf springs after shot peening will be greatly improved.
