摘  要:目前外圆磨床大多采用动静压轴承,为了使砂轮架主轴高速旋转时得到充足的润滑,本文设计了一种新型研磨主轴套筒油槽的工装,在研发过程中采用文献研究法与实证研究法。工装主要运用曲柄摇杆机构的工作原理,将电机输出的圆周运动转化为工件在设定角度内的摆动,实现不同深度油槽的精确研磨,从而使砂轮架主轴套筒实施快速、精确的研磨。该工装在实际生产中已经应用,可以提高生产效率,降低生产成本。At present,most of the cylindrical grinding machines use dynamic and static pressure bearings,in order to make the grinding wheel frame spindle rotate at high speed to get sufficient lubrication,this paper designed a new type of grinding spindle sleeve oil tank tooling,in the research and development process using literature research method and empirical research method.The tooling mainly uses the working principle of the crank rocker mechanism to convert the circular motion of the motor output into the oscillation of the workpiece within the set angle to achieve accurate grinding of the oil tank of different depths,so that the grinding wheel frame spindle sleeve can be fast and accurately ground.The tooling has been applied in actual production,which can improve production efficiency and reduce production costs.
