摘  要:回转窑是化工领域的重要基础设施,一般应用于熟料的煅烧烧成。但是目前国内回转窑控制系统与先进国家相比依旧具有很多不足,首先是控制系统比较落后,多采用单一的PLC控制器进行控制,系统控制功能简单,出现故障(如通信不稳定,系统无冗余等)后只能停机处理,影响生产效率;其次是对于温度的检测与控制技术比较落后。本文提出了一种基于DCS的回转窑控制系统方案,选用浙大中控JX-300XP系列控制器及相关的模拟量、数字量输入输出模块,进行分散控制;同时结合无线测温技术,减少现场恶略环境对温度检测与传输的影响;最后应用基于Smith预估的模糊PID技术,并且在Matlab中建立模型对温度的精确调控进行仿真验证。Rotary kiln is an important infrastructure in the chemical industry.It is generally used for calcination of clinker.But at present,the domestic rotary kiln control system still has many deficiencies compared with advanced countries.First,the control system is relatively backward,and a single PLC controller is used for control.The system control function is simple,and the failure(such as unstable communication,no redundancy system,etc.)can only be stopped after processing,affecting the production efficiency;Secondly,the temperature detection and control technology is relatively backward.In this paper,a control system scheme of rotary kiln based on DCS is proposed.Jx-300xp series controller of Zhejiang University central Control and related analog and digital input and output modules are selected for decentralized control.At the same time,combined with wireless temperature measurement technology,reduce the influence of unpleasant environment on temperature detection and transmission;Finally,the fuzzy PID technology based on Smith prediction is applied,and a model is established in Matlab to verify the accurate control of temperature.
