摘  要:近年来,伴随着煤矿智能装备技术的日臻成熟以及广泛应用,其生产规模持续扩展,安全生产成为重要的管理目标。目前,综采工作面安装回撤作业采用多辅巷回撤工艺及进口特种车辆配合作业,能有效加快安装回撤效率,但由于特种车量车型巨大,重载车辆驾驶过程中存在视线盲区,井下巷道空间有限,使作业过程易发生安全事故。本文针对神东矿区使用的LWC40T框架式液压支架搬运车驾驶员视线盲区中危险人员保护方法进行探究,通过对LWC框架式支架搬运车的液压、气动系统进行改进,采用传感器对人员检测,设计电路,编写控制程序,进行总体方案设计。Since the last few years,with the maturity and wide application of coal mine intelligent equipment technology,its production scale has continued to expand,and safe production has become an important management goal.At present,the installation and retraction of the fully mechanized mining face adopts the retraction process of multiple auxiliary lanes and the cooperation of imported special vehicles,which can effectively speed up the installation and retraction efficiency.The space in the underground tunnel is limited,which makes the operation process prone to safety accidents.In this paper,the protection method of dangerous persons in the blind spot of the driver's sight of the LWC40T frame-type hydraulic support truck used in the Shendong mining area is explored.By improving the hydraulic and pneumatic systems of the LWC frame-type support truck,the sensor is used to detect the personnel,and the circuit is designed.,write control programs,and carry out overall program design.
