摘  要:在混凝土浇筑过程中,由于水泥的水化作用会产生大量热量,而热量在结构内部积聚后很难消散,导致内外温差较大引起结构裂缝。因此,本文结合某公路大桥项目,选取了具有良好性能的原材料,并充分发挥粉煤灰自身优点,实现混凝土的分层浇筑,在承台施工前、中、后期的全过程中,设置循环水冷却管道,进行保温保湿养护,并根据现场的具体条件,适当延长养护周期等。结果表明,通过对温度进行监控,并采用适当的技术措施,可以科学指导施工工程,达到各项温控指标的要求,有效控制结构表面的温度裂纹。In the process of concrete pouring,due to the hydration of cement,a lot of heat will be generated,which is difficult to dissipate after the heat accumulates in the structure,resulting in large internal and external temperature difference and structural cracks.Therefore,combined with a highway bridge project,this paper selects raw materials with good performance and gives full play to the advantages of fly ash to realize layered pouring of concrete.In the whole process of the cushion cap construction,circulating water cooling pipes are set for thermal and moisture conservation,and the maintenance cycle is appropriately extended according to the specific conditions on site.The results show that by monitoring the temperature and adopting appropriate technical measures,the construction project can be scientifically guided,the requirements of various temperature control indicators can be met,and the temperature cracks on the structural surface can be effectively controlled.
