摘　　要：α-磷酸锆是近些年兴起的一种新型催化剂载体,它是一种具有规则的片状外形,晶型好,结晶度高的阳离子型层状无机材料。因其有较强的离子交换能力,现已成为拥有极具前景的催化新材料。本文就这一新型材料的制备与成型做了详细介绍,在现今已有制备方法的基础上,进一步优化实验条件,增加了再处理的步骤,使制得的产品粒径更小更均一,并通过胶黏剂的添加及成型方法的改进,制备了具有稳定外形的催化剂载体,以期在对催化剂载体外形有特殊要求的工业生产中发挥应有作用。α-Zirconium phosphate is a new catalyst carrier rising in recent years.It is a layered inorganic material with regular sheet shape,good crystal form and high crystallinity.Because of its strong ion exchange capacity,it has become a promising new catalytic material.In this paper,the preparation and molding of this new material are introduced in detail.On the basis of the existing preparation methods,the experimental conditions are further optimized,the reprocessing steps are added to make the particle size of the prepared product smaller and more uniform,and the catalyst carrier with stable shape is prepared through the addition of adhesive and the improvement of molding method,so as to play its due role in the industrial production with special requirements for the shape of catalyst carrier.
