摘 要:文章结合了南通醋酸纤维有限公司废水处理站改建项目,首先简介了常见的污水处理方法与特点;其次分析了南纤原污水处理方法:接触氧化法存在缺陷,已不适用于本厂后续的污水处理工作,由此引入了新的主体处理工艺:MBR活性污泥法,并介绍其特点,同时将污水单线串联处理流程改造为双线并联;再次分析了改造效果。最终通过科学合理的规划,解决了填料堵塞,污泥活性差等困难,成功完成了该污水处理改建项目。Combined with the reconstruction project of wastewater treatment station of Nantong Acetate Fiber Co.,Ltd.,this paper first introduces the common wastewater treatment methods and characteristics;Secondly,it analyzes the original sewage treatment method of Nanxian:the contact oxidation method has defects and is no longer suitable for the subsequent sewage treatment work of the plant.Therefore,a new main treatment process:MBR activated sludge method is introduced and its characteristics are introduced.At the same time,the sewage single line series treatment process is transformed into double line parallel treatment process;Thirdly,the transformation effect is analyzed.Finally,through scientific and reasonable planning,the difficulties such as filler blockage and poor sludge activity were solved,and the sewage treatment reconstruction project was successfully completed.
