摘 要:对周期性复合材料进行有效力学性能预测时,首先建立代表性单元体(RVE模型),然后采用ABAQUS有限元软件对RVE模型进行模拟,最后将模拟结果与试验结果进行对比。RVE模型按边界条件应分为相对面内点、相对棱边点和相对顶点三类,并通过python编程施加到ABAQUS有限元软件。探究在纤维体积百分比不变的条件下,纤维的截面形状和纤维的排列方式对SIC/Al纤维增强复合材料力学性能的影响。In order to predict the effective mechanical properties of periodic composites,the representative element model(RVE model)was firstly established,and then the RVE model was simulated by ABAQUS finite element software.Finally,the simulation results were compared with the experimental results.According to the boundary conditions,THE RVE model can be divided into three types:relative interior points,relative edge points and relative vertices,which are applied to ABAQUS finite element software by Python programming.The influence of fiber cross section shape and fiber arrangement on mechanical properties of SIC/Al fiber reinforced composites was investigated under the condition of constant fiber volume percentage.
