摘  要:含硫天然气在集输过程中极易形成水合物,从而造成管道堵塞、管道输送效率降低以及管道腐蚀加剧等情况。因此,对某含硫天然气管道水合物生成情况进行研究,预测水合物生成条件,分析产水量、压力、温度、含硫量等因素对水合物形成的影响,得到影响其生成的关键性因素。基于此,开展含硫天然气管道水合物防治研究,设计分析注醇以及加热防治水合物工艺。为后续优化含硫天然气管道清管作业、提升管道作业效率、降低管道运行成本提供了理论依据。Sulfur-containing natural gas is easy to form hydrate in the gathering and transportation process,resulting in pipeline blockage,reduced pipeline transportation efficiency,and intensified pipeline corrosion.Therefore,the hydrate formation of a sulfur-containing natural gas pipeline is studied,the hydrate formation conditions are predicted,and the effects of water production,pressure,temperature,sulfur content and other factors on hydrate formation are analyzed to obtain the key factors affecting its formation.Based on this,the research on hydrate prevention and control of sulfur-containing natural gas pipelines is carried out,and the processes of alcohol injection and heating are designed and analyzed.It provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent optimization of pigging operation of sulfur-containing natural gas pipelines,improvement of pipeline operation efficiency and reduction of pipeline operation cost.
