摘　　要：针对热连轧生产线卷取机助卷臂回转轴发生断裂的问题,从现场取样检测,理论计算以及数值仿真等三方面入手分析了转轴受力情况,针对得到的计算分析结果基于设备全生命周期,从设备机械结构,材料性能,制造工艺,质量检查,使用维护工况等方面提出了具体的优化策略和方法,大幅提升了设备的可靠性。In this paper,the stress condition of wrapper arm shaft is analyzed from three aspects:on-site sampling and inspection,theoretical calculation and numerical simulation.According to the calculation and analysis results,based on the full life cycle of the equipment,the specific optimization strategies and methods are proposed from the following aspects:mechanical structure,material properties,manufacturing processes,quality inspection and operation and maintenance conditions,which greatly improve the reliability of the equipment.
