摘　　要：目前我国焊接市场的丝极电渣焊焊接设备主要采用的多为单丝、双丝电渣焊为主,所以在保证焊接质量的同时,采用三丝摆动电渣焊焊接设备对于焊接效率的提升尤为重要。介绍了一种基于新型PLC、无刷直流电机、无刷直流电机控制器为主要控制中心,辅以大型三相交流电源、电压调节控装置、自动焊接机架等装置构成的新型三丝摆动焊接设备。经过现场焊接测试,该系统自动化程度高、控制精度高、焊缝成形良好,在行业应用当中具有较高的实用价值。At present,the equipment of electroslag welding with wire electrode in the Chinese welding market is mainly used for the single wire or double wire electroslag welding process,so it is particularly important to improve the welding efficiency of the triple-wire swing electroslag welding equipment while ensuring the quality of welding.This article introduce a new triple-wire swing welding equipment that it is composed of the new PLC,brushless DC motor,brushless DC motor controller as the main control center,and supplemented by large three-phase AC power supply,voltage regulation control device,automatic welding machine frame and other devices.After the field welding test,the system has high degree of automation,high control precision and good formation of weld,which has high practical value in the industrial application.
