摘　　要：燃汽轮机机匣外壳为空心薄壁件,其外圆面的二氧化锆环带涂层硬度高,加工难度大,设计精度要求高,通过设计专用芯轴和磨头工装,采用特殊对刀及编程方法,实现了普通轧辊外圆磨床对机匣外壳的磨削加工。The casing shell of the gas turbine is a hollow thin-walled part.The zirconia ring coating on its outer surface has high hardness,high processing difficulty and high design accuracy.Through the design of special mandrel and grinding head tooling,the grinding of casing shell by ordinary roller cylindrical grinder is realized by using special tool setting and programming methods.
