摘 要:针对大型板类零件圆弧面三轴机床高精度圆铣削精度控制问题,从加工原理、机床精度、加工误差等方面进行分析,完成了内圆弧面和外圆弧面三轴数控机床铣削加工技术方案论证,通过减少数控机床多轴联动次数,选用合理的程序步距角,消除刀具误差,采取有效的检测控制手段,能够实现零件内外圆弧面的高精度加工。该圆弧面加工技术对于同类圆弧面结构的零件铣削加工具有很好的借鉴意义。Aiming at the problem of precision control of high-precision circular milling by three-axis machine tools on the arc surface of large plate parts,the machining principle,machine tool precision,and machining error were analyzed,and the scheme demonstration of milling technology of three-axis CNC machine tool for the inner arc surface and the outer arc surface were completed.By virtue of reducing the number of multi-axis motions of CNC machine tools,selecting a reasonable program step angle,eliminating the error of cutter and adopting effective inspection and control methods,the high-precision machining for the inner and outer arc surfaces of the parts can be achieved.The arc surface machining technology can also be a good reference for the milling of parts with the arc surface structure of the same kind.
