摘 要:桨毂双线摆吸振器性能试验主要通过地面试验台开展,为防止共振以保证试验安全,需对试验台进行频率设计。文中通过建立试验台动力学模型,设计了弹性支撑刚度,提出了频率调节方案,完成了对试验台的频率设计,实现试验台多频率可调。最后开展试验台频率测定和功能验证试验。试验结果表明,试验台设计频率与实测频率误差为8.16%,具备安全开展桨毂双线摆吸振器性能试验的能力。The performance test of the main rotor bifilar pendulum vibration absorber is mainly carried out by the ground test bench.In order to prevent resonance and ensure the safety of the test,frequency design of the test bench is required.In this paper,by establishing the dynamic model of the test bench,the elastic support stiffness is designed,the frequency adjustment scheme is proposed,and the frequency design of the test bench is completed to realize the multi-frequency adjustment of the test bench.In the end,the test bench frequency measurement and functional verification test are carried out.The test results show that error between the design frequency and the measured frequency of the test bench is 8.16%,and it has the ability to carry out the performance test of the main rotor bifilar pendulum vibration absorber.
