摘 要:电缆是煤矿供电系统中最重要的电力传输设备。针对传统的人力检测电缆工作存在劳动强度大、检测效率不高、检测成本较高、电缆绝缘性能检测不准确、工作环境恶劣等问题,通过对煤矿电缆结构和故障类型进行分析,提出了煤矿高压电缆绝缘在线监测和诊断系统方案,通过对硬件和软件系统设计,实现了对煤矿电缆的在线监测,实现故障诊断预警,实践应用表明采用该套系统能够有效提高煤矿供电系统的可靠性和稳定性,避免煤矿因电缆问题停电,减少事故发生率,保证煤矿的生产效率和安全性。Cable is the most important power transmission equipment in the coal mine power supply system.In view of the traditional problems of human testing cable work such as large labor intensity,low testing efficiency,high testing cost,inaccurate cable insulation performance detection,and bad working environment,the scheme of online monitoring and diagnosis system of coal mine high voltage cable insulation is proposed by analyzing the cable structure and fault type of the coal mine.By performing the design of hardware and software systems,online monitoring of the coal mine cable is realized,as well as the fault diagnosis and early warning.The practical application shows that the proposed system can effectively improve the reliability and stability of the coal mine power supply system,avoid the coal mine power failure due to cable problems,and reduce the accident incidence rate,so as to ensure the production efficiency and safety of the coal mine.
