基于主数据管理的制造企业物料数据管理研究

摘　　要：针对制造企业物料信息共享、系统集成数据标准不统一、数据冗余、数据质量不高等问题,基于主数据管理方法应用,对笔者公司企业物料数据管理进行了研究。首先通过物料分类、物料描述模板和数据清洗,确定了集团层物料数据标准;针对物料主数据的管理,提出了适合制造企业物料主数据管理的运维体系方法;最后通过对比两种数据集成方式,确定了企业服务总线数据集成方式,实现了物料主数据管理系统与外部业务系统之间良好的集成性,保证了物料数据的有效共享和高效利用。Aiming at the problems of material information sharing,data standards are not unified during system integration,data redundancy and low data quality in manufacturing enterprises,the material data management of manufacturing enterprises is studied in this paper based on the master data management method.Firstly,the group level material data standard is determined through material classification,material description template and data cleaning;then,the main data management method suitable for the enterprise is put forward according to management of material master data;finally,by comparing the two data integration methods,the enterprise service bus data integration method is determined,which realizes the good integration between the material master data management system and the external business system,and ensures the effective sharing and efficient utilization of material data.
