摘  要:针对京通铁路电气化改造中的T梁更换工程,阐述从设计到施工的全过程。对换梁数量、梁型、支座选型、购梁、运梁、施工方案等进行多方位优化,实现施工前期准备、曲线换梁、架桥机过孔、换装龙门架、支座施工的针对性控制,保证换梁施工如期完成。实践表明,大封锁施工方案有效解决了既有铁路改造施工中的运输与施工矛盾,可为类似项目提供较好的借鉴。The whole process from design to construction is introduced based on the T-beam replacement in the electrification of Beijing-Tongliao Railway. The project has been optimized in multiple aspects, such as number of beams replaced, beam type, selection of bearing type, procurement and transport of beams, method statement,etc., so as to take control of preliminary construction preparation, curve beam replacement, bridge erecting machine through hole, gantry crane for reloading, bearing construction, etc. in a targeted manner and ensure that the beam replacement is completed on schedule. The practice shows that the method statement of the blockade can effectively solve the contradiction between transportation and construction in the remodeling of existing railways, providing a good reference for similar projects.
