摘　　要：机务折返段整备棚不仅能起到遮风挡雨的功能,而且可提供照明等条件,改善夜间紧急整修条件。以京通铁路电气化改造项目2标机务整备棚为例,从基坑开挖回填质量控制、混凝土基础施工质量控制、钢结构主体施工安全质量管理、机务段安全管理、屋面板安装质量控制、电气安装及附属构件质量控制等方面进行探讨,并对工程成本进行分析,可知优化后方案能够满足施工安全要求,可为类似既有线改造项目提供借鉴。The servicing shed of the locomotive turnaround depot can not only provide shelter against wind and rain but also provide lighting and other functions to improve the conditions for emergency maintenance at night. Taking the locomotive servicing shed of Lot 2 of the Beijing-Tongliao Railway Electrification Project as an example, this paper discusses the quality control of foundation pit excavation and backfilling, the quality of concrete foundation construction, safety and quality management of steel structure main construction, safety management of locomotive depot, quality control of roof panel installation, and quality control of electrical installation and accessory structural members, and analyzes the engineering cost. The optimized scheme can meet the safety requirements for construction, which provides a reference for other similar existing line upgrade projects.
