摘  要:随着钢结构在铁路站房建设中的广泛应用,对站房钢结构的防火要求越来越高,钢结构防火涂装是防火保护最常用的技术手段。京沪、京广、石太、津秦等高铁车站站房在近几年运营中,不同程度出现防火涂料局部脱落,直接影响站房的防火性能,进而影响铁路站房的安全性和美观性。以新建京张高铁清河站为例,对防火涂料的作用机理进行概述,分析铁路站房钢结构防火涂料脱落的主要原因,并提出钢结构防火涂装质量控制关键技术,较好地保证了清河站钢结构防火涂装质量,达到了预期目标。With the wide application of steel structures in railway station buildings, the fireproof requirements for such structure become increasingly demanding, in which context fireproof coating presents the most popular choice. However, local peeling of fireproof coatings is found to have developed at different stage at the HSR station buildings of Beijing-Shanghai, Beijing-Guangzhou, Shijiazhuang-Taiyuan, Tianjin-Qinhuangdao and etc., undermining the fireproof performance, and further the safety and aesthetics of the buildings. Taking Qinghe Station of Beijing-Zhangjiakou HSR as an example, the paper describes the mechanism of fireproof coating, looks into the cause of peeling and proposes the key technologies of overall quality control of fireproof coating, which helps ensure the quality of fireproof coating and reach the expected objectives.
