摘  要:甘草三萜类、甘草黄酮类与甘草多糖类化合物是从甘草中提取的有效活性成分,具有抗炎、抗氧化与抗肿瘤等作用。目前,甘草主要活性成分已被证实可显著提高动物的生产性能,改善肠道健康和肉品质,调节免疫功能,增强抗氧化能力。本文主要综述了甘草中主要活性成分的理化特性及其在动物生产上的应用研究进展,以期为甘草类提取物在动物生产中的合理应用提供科学依据。The main active components of liquorice(Glycyrrhiza uralensis), which include glycyrrhiza flavonoids, glycyrrhiza polysaccharides and liquorice triterpenoid glycosides, have been shown to display anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory,antioxidant, antiviral and antitumor effects. It has been demonstrated that the active components of liquorice could significantly increase the growth performance, enhance the gut health and meat quality, regulate the immune function, and improve the antioxidant capacity of animals. Thus, this review paper summerizes the research progress on the biological functions of active ingredients of licorice extract, as well as their applications on animal production, in order to provide scientific guidance for the appropriate application of licorice extracts in animal production.
