摘  要:亚麻籽饼(粕)为亚麻籽制油后的副产品,含有丰富的蛋白质、膳食纤维和木酚素,是反刍动物优质的蛋白质饲料来源。此外,亚麻籽饼(粕)富含n-3不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)和α-亚麻酸(ALA),可降低畜产品n-6 PUFA/n-3 PUFA比值,增加畜产品附加值。但因生氰糖苷(CGs)、抗维生素B_(6)因子、植酸、胰蛋白酶抑制因子等有毒物质或抗营养成分的存在,极大地限制了亚麻籽饼(粕)在反刍动物中应用。本文综述了亚麻籽饼(粕)的营养成分、毒性作用、抗营养因子及其在反刍动物生产中的应用,以期为亚麻籽饼(粕)在反刍动物上更合理、有效利用提供参考。Flax seed cake(meal), a by-product of flax seed oil production, is rich in protein, dietary fiber and lignan, which is a good source of protein feed for ruminants. In addition, flaxseed cake(meal) is rich in n-3 unsaturated fatty acids(PUFA) and α-linolenic acid(ALA), which can reduce the ratio of n-6 PUFA/n-3 PUFA and increase the added value of animal products.However, the application of flaxseed meal in ruminants has been greatly limited due to the existence of toxic substances and anti-nutritional components such as cyanogen glycoside, anti-VB6 factor, phytic acid and trypsin inhibitor. In this paper, the nutritional components, toxic effects and anti-nutritional factors of flaxseed meal and its application in ruminant production were reviewed, in order to provide reference for more reasonable and effective utilization of flaxseed meal in ruminants.
