摘  要:为研究日粮蛋白质水平对生长期云南半细毛羊能量代谢的影响,选择25只10月龄、体重为(38.52±1.57)kg的云南半细毛羊(羯羊),随机分为5组,每组5个重复,分别饲喂蛋白质水平为8.38%、10.42%、12.49%、14.99%、19.29%的日粮,预试期14 d,正试期30 d,在正试期第11~15天进行消化代谢试验。结果表明:随着日粮蛋白质水平的提高,干物质采食量逐渐增加,耗料增重比呈先降低后增加的二次曲线变化(P<0.05),14.99%蛋白质水平组耗料增重比最低,且平均日增重高于8.38%蛋白质水平组(P<0.05);19.29%蛋白质水平组摄入总能高于8.38%蛋白质水平组(P<0.05);随着日粮蛋白质水平的提高,粪能呈先降低后增加的趋势(P>0.05),尿能呈线性增加(P<0.05),14.99%蛋白质水平组粪能最低,且尿能、甲烷能均低于8.38%蛋白质水平组(P<0.05);总能消化率、总能代谢率随日粮蛋白质水平的升高呈先升高后降低二次曲线效应(P<0.05),消化能代谢率则呈线性降低(P<0.05),14.99%蛋白质水平组总能消化率、总能代谢率最高,分别为74.50%、62.79%;14.99%蛋白质水平组消化能代谢率低于8.38%、10.42%蛋白质水平组(P<0.05),19.29%蛋白质水平组低于其他4个组(P<0.05)。由此可见,日粮蛋白质水平对生长期云南半细毛羊的生长性能和能量代谢有显著影响,日粮蛋白质水平为14.99%时,生长期云南半细毛羊的能量利用率最佳。The purpose of this experiment was to study the effect of different dietary protein levels on the energy metabolism of Yunnan semi-fine wool sheep during the growth period. A total of 25 10-month-old Yunnan semi-fine wool sheep were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups with 5 replicates in each group. Sheep in different groups were fed diets with protein levels of 8.38%, 10.42%, 12.49%, 14.99% and 19.29%, respectively. The experiment lasted for 44 days, including 14 days of the pre-test period and 30 days of the test period. The digestion and metabolism experiment was carried out from day 11 to day 15 of the test period. The results showed that with the increase of dietary protein level, the dry matter intake gradually increased, and the feed conversion ratio first decreased and then increased(P<0.05). The 14.99% protein level group had the lowest feed conversion ratio, and the average daily gain was significantly higher than that of the 8.38% protein level group(P<0.05). The gross energy(GE) intake of the 19.29% protein level group was significantly higher than that of the 8.38%protein level group(P<0.05). With the increase of dietary protein level, the fecal energy(FE) showed a tendency to decrease and then increase, while the urinary energy(UE) was increased linearly(P<0.05). The 14.99% protein level group had the lowest FE, and the UE and methane energy(ECH4) were significantly lower than that of the 8.38% protein level group(P<0.05).As the protein levels increased, the GE apparent digestibility and GE metabolic rate first increased and then decreased,while the digestible energy(DE) metabolic rate decreased linearly(P<0.05). GE apparent digestibility and GE metabolic rate of 14.99% protein level group were 74.50% and 62.79% respectively, which were the highest among all groups. The DE metabolic rate of the 14.99% protein level group was significantly lower than that of the 8.38%, 10.42% protein level group,and the 19.29% protein level group was significantly lower than other four groups(P<0.05).
