摘 要:试验旨在研究饲粮中不同烟酸添加水平对产蛋期种鹅繁殖性能、血清生殖激素、血清抗氧化能力及养分利用率的影响。将180只体况相近的34周龄五龙鹅分为6组,每组6个重复,每个重复5只(4母1公),各组分别在基础饲粮(烟酸含量为29.16 mg/kg)中添加烟酸0、10、20、30、40、50 mg/kg。预试期7 d,正试期70 d。结果表明:烟酸对产蛋期种鹅繁殖性能和血清生殖激素均无显著影响;50 mg/kg组血清总抗氧化能力高于0、10 mg/kg组(P<0.01),20、30、40 mg/kg组血清总抗氧化能力高于0、10 mg/kg组(P<0.05);拟合回归方程计算显示,当饲粮中烟酸添加量为44.5 mg/kg时,血清总抗氧化能力最高;30、40、50 mg/kg组粗纤维的表观利用率高于0 mg/kg组(P<0.05);40 mg/kg组和50 mg/kg组粗脂肪的表观利用率高于0mg/kg组(P<0.05);40mg/kg组和50mg/kg组磷的表观利用率高于0mg/kg组(P<0.05)。由此可见,基础饲粮中添加40~50 mg/kg烟酸(即饲粮中烟酸总量为69.16~79.16 mg/kg)可以提高血清总抗氧化能力,提高粗纤维、粗脂肪及磷的表观利用率。The purpose of this experiment is to study the effects of different levels of dietary niacin on the reproductive performance, serum reproductive hormones, serum antioxidant capacity and nutrient utilization of breeding geese during the laying period. A total of 180 Wulong geese(4 females and 1 male) of similar body condition were divided into 6 groups with 6 repetitions in each group. Each group was added niacin 0, 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50 mg/kg in the basal diet(the content of niacin was 29.16 mg/kg). The results showed that niacin has no significant effect on the reproductive performance and serum reproductive hormones of breeding geese during the laying period(P>0.05). The total antioxidant capacity of serum in the 50 mg/kg group was higher than that in the 0, 10 mg/kg group(P<0.01), The total antioxidant capacity of serum in the 20, 30and40 mg/kg group was higher than that in the 0 and 10 mg/kg groups(P<0.05);the fitting regression equation calculation showed that when the dietary niacin was added at 44.5 mg/kg, the total serum antioxidant capacity was the highest. The apparent utilization rate of crude fiber in the 30, 40 and 50 mg/kg groups was significantly higher than that of the 0 mg/kg group(P<0.05);The apparent utilization rate of fat in the 40 and 50 mg/kg groups was significantly higher than that in the 0 mg/kg group(P<0.05);the apparent utilization rate of phosphorus in the 40 mg/kg and 50 mg/kg groups was significantly higher than that in the 0 mg/kg group(P<0.05). It can be seen that the addition of 40~50 mg/kg niacin in the basic diet(that is, the total niacin in the diet is 69.16~79.16 mg/kg) can increase the total antioxidant capacity of serum, and increase the apparent utilization rate of crude fiber, crude fat and phosphorus.
