摘 要:试验旨在通过比较瘤胃尼龙袋法测定饲料瘤胃降解特性时3种常见的0时间点使用方式对饲料瘤胃降解特性的影响,明确瘤胃尼龙袋法中0时间点的科学应用。选取8只3周岁、体重为64.9~72.1 kg、装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的云南半细毛羯羊为试验动物,分别测定玉米和豆粕2种精料、小麦秸和黑麦干草2种粗料不同时间点饲料中干物质(DM)和粗蛋白质(CP)在瘤胃内的降解率,然后将0 h降解率按照3种不同的使用方式进行瘤胃降解参数拟合及有效降解率计算:不用0 h数值(方式1)、0 h数值作为一个降解率测定时间点(方式2)、把0 h数值作为空白对其他时间点的实时降解率进行校正(方式3)。结果表明:方式1和2中玉米、小麦秸和黑麦干草DM和CP以及豆粕DM的有效降解率均高于方式3(P<0.05),且方式1和2之间无差异(P>0.05),豆粕CP的有效降解率在各方式间无差异(P>0.05)。因此,建议在使用瘤胃尼龙袋法测定饲料瘤胃降解率时,不使用0时间点。The aim of this experiment was to investigate the effects of 3 common 0 time point methods on the rumen degradation characteristics of feedstuffs by the nylon bag method, and to clarity the scientific application of 0 time point. Eight 3-year-old Yunnan semi-fine wool Capricorn sheep with 64.9~72.1 kg weight and permanent rumen fistula were selected as experimental animals to determine the degradation rates of dry matter(DM) and crude protein(CP) in rumen at different time points of corn and soybean meal concentrate, wheat straw and rye hay. Then the rumen degradation parameters were fitted and the effective degradation rate was calculated according to three different modes of use: no 0 h value(mode 1), 0 h value as a time point for the determination of degradation rate(mode 2), and 0 h value as a blank to correct the real-time degradation rate at other time points(mode 3). The results showed that the effective degradation rates of DM and CP of corn, wheat straw and rye hay and DM of soybean meal in mode 1 and 2 were higher than those in mode 3, and there was no difference between mode 1 and 2. The effective degradation rate of CP in soybean meal had no difference among different methods. Therefore,it is suggested that the 0 time point should not be used when the rumen nylon bag method is used to determine the rumen degradation rate of feed.
