小檗碱在肾病治疗中的应用进展

摘　　要：小檗碱(berberine,BBR)是中药中提取的生物碱,具有多种生物学效应,如抗氧化、抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗纤维化、降血糖和降血脂作用。近年来,BBR已被证明可以通过减轻各种病理变化来发挥保护肾脏的作用。BBR能够改善肾功能不全和肾性炎症,此外,BBR能抑制肾小管上皮-间质转分化、肾小球系膜细胞的增殖和细胞外基质积累,并减轻肾间质纤维化。当治疗肾脏缺血再灌注损伤、糖尿病肾脏疾病、肾动脉粥样硬化症等肾脏多种疾病时,BBR都可以起到保护肾脏的作用,是延缓肾脏病进展的潜在药物。Berberine(BBR)is an alkaloid extracted from traditional Chinese medicine,which has many biological effects,such as antioxidation,anti-inflammation,anti-tumor,anti-fibrosis,hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic effects. In recent years,BBR has been proved to protect kidney by alleviating various pathological changes. BBR can improve renal insufficiency and renal inflammation. In addition,BBR can inhibit renal tubular epithelial-mesenchymal transdifferentiation,glomerular mesangial cell proliferation,and extracellular matrix accumulation,and alleviate renal interstitial fibrosis. BBR can play a role in protecting kidney when treating many kidney diseases such as renal ischemia-reperfusion injury,diabetic kidney disease,and renal atherosclerosis,and is a potential drug for delaying the progress of kidney diseases.
