摘　　要：目的分析听觉康复训练对语后聋人工耳蜗植入(CI)患者的干预效果。方法选取2020年1月~2021年1月医院CI术后72例语后聋成年患者,随机分为对照组和研究组各36例,对照组无干预,研究组接受为期半年的听觉康复训练,内容有简单分类、理解综合和实际应用训练。比较干预前后两组患者语言识别能力、沟通能力、听觉能力、交流恐惧状况。结果干预前两组患者的语言识别能力、普通话噪声下言语测试(mandcirin heating in noise test,MHZNT)和交流恐惧自陈量表(personal report of communication apprehension,PRCA-24)评分均无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后研究组的语言识别能力、沟通能力较对照组有显著差异(P<0.05),MHINT分值显著高于对照组,PRCA-24评分显著低于对照组。结论听觉康复训练对语后聋CI患者的干预效果较理想,可提高其语言和听觉能力,降低交流恐惧,利于其生活质量的提高。Objective To analyze the intervention effect of auditory rehabilitation training on postlingual deaf patients with cochlear implants(CI).Methods From January 2020 to January 2021,72 adult patients with post lingual deafness after hospital CI were selected for study.They were randomly divided into control group and study group(36 cases in each group).The control group had no intervention.The study group received auditory rehabilitation training for half a year,including simple classification,understanding and practical application.The language recognition ability,communication ability,hearing ability and communication fear were compared before and after the intervention.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in language recognition ability,MHZNT and PRCA-24 scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the language recognition ability and communication ability of the study group were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.05),the MHINT score was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the PRCA-24 score was significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion The intervention effect of auditory rehabilitation training on CI patients with post lingual deafness is ideal.It can improve their language and auditory ability,reduce communication fear,improve their quality of life.
