分析肺结核的发病现状及预防控制措施

摘　　要：目的:收集肺结核患者发病情况,分析肺结核患者治疗期间应用预防控制措施的效果.方法:选择某医院于2019年7月-2020年7月收治的肺结核患者60例作为研究对象,根据患者治疗方法不同分为对照组(30例,采用药物治疗),观察组(30例,在药物治疗基础上采用综合预防控制措施).对比两组患者治疗后健康知识了解情况、生活质量改善情况以及疾病复发率.结果:观察组患者健康知识了解评分、生活质量评分明显高于对照组,且结核病复发率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:肺结核患者在治疗期间采用综合预防措施,护理效果显著,具有较高应用价值.Objective:To collect the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis patients and analyze the effect of preventive and control measures applied during the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis patients.Methods:a total of 60cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients admitted to a hospital from July 2019to July 2020were selected as study subjects.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into control group(30cases were treated with drugs)and observation group(30cases were treated with comprehensive prevention and control measures on the basis of drug treatment).Health knowledge,quality of life improvement and disease recurrence rate were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results:The score of health knowledge and quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the recurrence rate of tuberculosis was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive preventive measures are adopted in the treatment period of pulmonary tuberculosis patients,and the nursing effect is remarkable,which has higher application value.
